At Advicas, Margarita is the resident specialist in mechanical systems.

After honing her project management skills in Eastern Canada’s shipbuilding industry, Margarita brought her ability to coordinate major industrial projects and her love of constant learning to the West Coast.

Margarita is experienced with numerous conventional and sustainable mechanical systems such as plumbing, drainage, and heating and cooling systems. Whether she’s attending conferences and workshops or having conversations with people in the industry, Margarita is constantly expanding her knowledge of new systems. Calling them the “heart and soul of a building,” Margarita sees mechanical systems as a critical element of any project since they determine the comfort level of the building’s occupants.
